Return and Exchange

Return & Exchange Policy: Customer has 30 days from receiving the order to ask for a refund or exchange of items. Any returned items must be shipped back to 3069 Sheridan St, Las Vegas, NV 89102 at the customer’s sole expense to receive a full refund of the purchase. If all items and quantities ordered are not received by Cannabiz Supply, no refund will be issued to the customer. For exchanges, once items are received by Cannabiz Supply, we will ship out the requested exchanged items with no shipping expense to the customer.

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (5 – 7 business days), Second Day (2 business days), Next Day (1 business day) and Same Day delivery for orders being shipped to all zip codes of Las Vegas, NV, North Las Vegas, NV and Henderson, NV. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method except Same Day. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day, Next Day, or Same Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada, or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Ground

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Same Day

Same-day delivery is a no-contact service to get what you need when you need it. Same-day delivery is only available in Las Vegas, NV, North Las Vegas, NV and Henderson, NV. Same-day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 1:00 pm pacific standard time and should arrive that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm local time will be processed the following day and should come the following day. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for same-day delivery. Only items selected as same-day delivery count toward the “spend” thresholds of the same-day delivery fees.

Next Day

Next-Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next-Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am CT on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Seconda Day

Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am CT on a business day and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 am CT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

What is the "oversized shipping" charge?

For some items shipping within the U.S., an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for the total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carriers will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
